If you prime your coils before installation (as directed in the instructions — RTFM), you should be able to vape as soon as you fill the tank.
However, if you do not prime your coil, it should take from 2 to 5 minutes (depending on the coil) to saturate.
To keep from getting a dry hit, allow at least 5 minutes.
